EcoCeres Achieves EcoVadis Gold Medal for Outstanding Sustainability Performance
EcoCeres has been awarded a Gold Medal by EcoVadis, one of the world’s most trusted providers of sustainability performance ratings.
Hong Kong, 13 February 2026 – EcoCeres Inc., a leading pure-play renewable fuels producer, has been awarded a Gold Medal by EcoVadis, one of the world’s most trusted providers of sustainability performance ratings. This recognition places EcoCeres among the top 5% of companies globally assessed by EcoVadis.
EcoVadis evaluates companies across key criteria including environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Achieving the Gold Medal reflects EcoCeres’ continued commitment to embedding sustainability into its business model – from sourcing 100% waste‑ and residue‑based feedstocks, to operating high‑efficiency facilities, to maintaining robust governance and compliance standards across its value chain.
“We are honoured to receive this recognition, which validates our long‑term dedication to building a truly sustainable platform for low‑carbon fuels,” said Matti Lievonen, CEO of EcoCeres. “As demand for sustainable aviation fuel and other renewable products accelerates, this rating gives our partners and stakeholders additional confidence that we are growing responsibly and transparently.”
EcoCeres will continue to strengthen its environmental and social performance by expanding its waste‑based feedstock network, investing in energy‑efficient technologies and advancing traceability, certification and supplier engagement across its operations.
EcoCeres is also a member of the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, and reports annually on its progress against the UNGC’s Ten Principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This new EcoVadis Gold Medal complements the company’s UNGC commitment and demonstrates EcoCeres’ governance, environmental and social practices are aligned with internationally recognised standards.
