Technology and Innovation
Our proprietary Hydroprocessed Esters and Fatty Acids (HEFA) technology platform, refined through 15+ years of R&D, converts waste-based feedstocks into drop-in renewable fuels. The seamless integration of our in-house R&D and production allows us to continuously upgrade our technology. Our full-stack technology across the entire HEFA production process allows us to process a wide variety of feedstocks, enabling operational flexibility and delivering industry-leading performance.
WORLD-CLASS PRODUCTION FACILITIES
We are a leading pure-play renewable fuels producer with proven track record of commercial viability. We have a combined production capacity of 770,000 tonnes per annum across our two production bases in Zhangjiagang, China and Johor, Malaysia. Our production bases are strategically positioned in locations close to key waste-based feedstock sources, enabling us to benefit from ready access to local raw materials and logistics resources.
Zhangjiagang, China
- Our Zhangjiagang production base commenced operations in 2017. It has a production capacity of 350,000 tonnes per annum.
- World’s first SAF production base with in-house full-stack technology across the entire HEFA production process.
Johor, Malaysia
- Our Johor production base commenced operations in October 2025. It has a production capacity of 420,000 tonnes per annum.
- We achieved the fastest construction timeline in the industry for operational greenfield production facilities of similar scale to date.
OUR PRODUCTS

Drop-in Compatibility
Our products are “drop-in” fuels that are functionally equivalent to their fossil-based counterparts. They can be directly blended with conventional fossil fuels and used in existing engines and infrastructure without requiring any modifications.

100% Waste-Based Feedstocks
Unlike biofuels derived from edible crops (which compete with food supplies and land use), our products are manufactured exclusively from non-edible waste-based feedstocks, including but not limited to used cooking oil (UCO), palm oil mill effluent (POME), and other feedstocks under Annex IX (Parts A and B) of RED III.

Sustainability and Traceability Assurance
We maintain end-to-end traceability for our operations, ensuring that our operational lifecycle, from feedstock sourcing to production and sales, is ISCC-certified. For products made from feedstocks sourced in China, this is supported by ecTrace, our proprietary digital platform, on which customers can trace our products back to over 500,000 feedstock points of origin across China, and we are actively expanding this network into Malaysia and other regions.
