Accelerated Green Electricity Adoption
In 2024, EcoCeres achieved a significant milestone by utilising 40,961 MWh of green electricity, representing a 41.5% increase over the 2022 baseline. This accomplishment underscores our unwavering commitment to advancing the clean energy transition.
Diversified Renewable Energy Portfolio
Our renewable energy consumption now encompasses bio-naphtha, biogas, biomass pellets, and green electricity, totaling approximately 670 million kWh. These efforts have effectively replaced around 80,000 tonnes of standard coal, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
Waste Heat Recovery for Bio-Steam Generation
Through the implementation of innovative waste heat recovery systems, we generate bio-steam that helps avoid over 10,000 tonnes of carbon emissions annually—a clear testament to our circular energy approach.
Strategic Investment in Energy Efficiency
We have invested extensively in upgrading our infrastructure, achieving over 80% coverage of first-level energy efficiency equipment across our operations, thereby driving enhanced performance alongside sustainability.
Advanced Cooling Technology Deployment
By adopting liquid nitrogen deep-cooling technology, we have successfully minimised environmental impact and further reduced carbon emissions, exemplifying our commitment to technological excellence in sustainable operations.
